Concept Car : Peugeot Three Wheeled Hybrid
Ecofriend has an interesting post about the three-wheeled vehicle above that is called a Peugeot plus. Econfriend says the car runs on an electric motor and aims to have almost no carbon footprint.
it's a hybrid, between a scooter and a car. This combination allows using a smaller electric engine, saving energy. This saving generates less pollution and a major autonomy of the batteries. Besides the small size gives more agility into the traffic and makes easier to find parking.

Concept Car : Suzuki is Going to Unveil the Kizashi
Next month Suzuki is going to unveil a new mid-level sedan concept car labeled the Kizashi. A production version of the sedan is expected to be released by 2010.
Suzuki released this official sketch of the car. Too bad the production version will look nothing like this. Currently Suzuki only has small budget vehicles and SUVs, but if this model is successful it could lead to more upmarket models.

Concept Car : BMW RZ-M6
A small independent body styling company, Racer X Design, decided to release some renderings of their BMW RZ-M6 concept based on the popular 6 Series and we believe, on the M1 Hommage also. If you recall, 2003 is remembered by the BMW fans as the year the 6 Series made its comeback as a production car.

Concept Car : MAZDA KAAN E1 RACE CAR
Also unique among all the entrants is the idea that Kaans don’t compete alone, but rather in a peloton - a close knit pack of cars in formation like cyclists in a race. According to Mazda, the closer the pack sticks together, the more aerodynamic and thus faster it becomes. A lightning bolt inspired all that, allegedly.
Early Retirement or Podium Finish: Finishes just outside the top three when one of the peloton gets too close and clips another during the final lap, causing a multiple comedy tankslapper among the entire pack.
The MAZDA KAAN is an electric race car designed to compete in the E1 races, the pinnacle of international motorsports in terms of technology and popularity. In 2025, California freeways have been resurfaced with a sub-level electro-conductive polymer that powers the electric cars of the modern world. MAZDA’s patented electronic tire system uses this technology to power the KAAN to reach 250 mph with no harmful emissions!
The vehicles are piloted by individual drivers but teams are made up of thirty cars, all on the track together. Using strategies similar to those in cycling peletons, the tighter the group sticks together, the more aerodynamic and powerful it becomes.
Inspiration for the KAAN comes from electric fields and textures seen in nature, particularly those in a lightning bolt. The car is uniquely designed around its powerful electric wheels while the cockpit acts as a capsule to safely house the driver, allowing for tighter peloton formations and a team victory.

A Race Car Motorcycle With The Heart
The two seat MonoTracer is an enclosed motorcycle that allows you to ride your bike with out messing up your hair - no wind and no helmet. If you miss the wind on your face, it has a small moonroof.
Available in 6 colors, the MonoTracer has motorcycle-type handlebars and retractable tires that can be down if you are calmly commuting through rush hour traffic or moved into the up position if you are working out your road rage at the race track. Just so you make it back to work on Monday, it is reinforced with aluminum crash and roll bars.
With a 4 cylinder in-line BMW K-engine, it accelerates from 0-62 mph in 4.8 sec with a top speed of 150 mph. It gets about 47 - 57 mpg, depending on your speed.
We don’t know which side of the gene pool is responsible for the single gull wing door, but we like it.
The company said they are only going to make about 100 per year, and at about $68,000, you will probably be the only one on your block with this toy.

The Mini rickshaw has been plying the streets of the Chinese capital since the Olympic Games commenced earlier this month.

Proxima rides at you like a car, zips off like a motorcycle
You'd probably think the Proxima is a car if you saw it from the front, or a motorcycle — albeit an odd-looking one — from the rear. You'd be right, both times. A concept by Alvino Design, the Proxima is a two-seater that successfully blends two different vehicle styles. Chances are, if you love motorcycles the Proxima won't provide the same thrill, but anyone into odd vehicle concepts or just sleek body stylings besides should be able to appreciate the Proxima's elegant tapering from one vehicle and into another.
Check out the gallery below for more of the Proxima.

Bike Meets Car in Three-Wheeled Can-Am Spyder
We love the concept of a motorized trike, although we'd prefer one that came at the idea from more of an automotive perspective, like the spectacular Renault 20Cup concept from a couple of years ago. The Can-Am Spyder is not without its charms, but it seems to us that for five or six grand more, a Mazda MX-5 Miata or a Pontiac Solstice makes vastly more sense — no helmet required.
